Program Terms and Conditions

A valid referral involves a homeowner or business owner who engages I-Underroof for exterior enhancement services, with a minimum project size of 1,500 square feet.

We welcome home and business owners with insurance claims to participate in this program for their exterior upgrade needs.

Referrals of your own primary residence or business are not eligible if it’s your first project with I-Underroof. However, you can refer secondary homes or investment properties after we complete your initial project.

Each referral can only have one referrer.

Every qualified referral submitted via our Referral Form is valued at a $250 gift card.

A referral is considered qualified once their exterior project is complete and full payment is received (the project must be at least 1,500 square feet).

If you refer 10 qualified I-Underroof customers within a 365-day period from your first referral, you’ll receive a bonus gift. The reward for your 10th referral will increase from a $250 gift card to $2,000.

The referral count resets after 365 days from your first submission. If you didn’t reach your 10th referral in the first year, you can try again for the major bonus, still earning $250 for each qualified referral.

Rewards are limited to the specified gift cards and cannot be applied as payment for I-Underroof’s services.

It’s the referrer’s responsibility to ensure the Referral Form is properly filled out. I-Underroof representatives will not be responsible for submitting referrals on behalf of the referrer.
